A cyber attack is the last thing a small business expects. I mean, “there are so many bigger fish out there.” But we were rudely awakened when my email was hacked and over 1000 of our customers and friends received a fraudulent invoice from our company, including the logo, from my exact email address. We’ve been using Watchdog for about a year on a minimal basis to manage domain spoof/reputation protection. So at least we knew someone to call. Aaron was to the rescue in a heartbeat! And in about an hour was able to get me back into my email (Google had blocked me out), detect where the bad-actors had entered, reverse settings altered to allow for more mischief, and reset passwords to end the onslaught entirely.
